good service
i recently sent a power steering assembly to singleton and on arrival it was found to be damaged big time.i contacted to frieght company only to be told they dont have insurance cover on anything they carry....not happy at this point...i spoke to them again today and was informed they will send the unit to the reciever and give me a full refund so i can fix up the guy for repairs needed to the unit...it shocking that they can carry so much frieght yet not insire it for loss or damage but at least they came to the party on the frieght costs which helps.....anyway i give border express a big thumbs up for doing the right thing.....mel in customer service is a great lady and never once tried to pass the buck.
There are some good people out there Bill, isn't it nice to run into one.
It seems like the a..eholes and loudmouths are more visable and memorable.
The good operators just keep ticking along with word of mouth advertising them.
Thats why this board is SO valuable, we can all pick up a little knowlege here and there -which has been quite often hard learned!
