Darwin Award nomination

I am gonna have to nominate a mate for a Darwin Award.
He was renwing the power lead for his trusty old workshop battery charger/booster. Instead of fitting the three pin plug he accidentally fits the female end plug. So to combat this dilemma he then made up an extension cord with a three pin plug at each end, with the idea that if his neighbouring workshops wanted to borrow his charger they could but wasn't planning on giving them the necessary extension lead. (It really is time his neighbours shelled out for their own charger)
Silly bugger still had a problem understanding how dangerous it could be.
Years ago someone died as a result of having those now obsolete piggy back plugs at each end of a lead (saved feeding a wrong end to somewhere and back track with the right end)
