18 Months in the making..............

Well it has been 18 months in the making....we have been planning a trip to Stuarts and we only have 2 weeks to go before we hit the road. Wow. I am so excited. Brett is stressing to the max, can't sleep, cause of all the things that are going through his head, still to be done. Look out North here we come.

I'm off to get my new rear shocks this weekend, already got the airbags in the rear. Got some new boxes for the tray, hopefully these ones won't let as much dust in.
I'm pretty much set. Can we leave now instead ?

Stuart, 17 days till we invade your nice tranquil paradise. I was talking to a bloke in Longreach and he was saying it was a cool 2 degrees at night. What is the temperature like at your place at the moment. I don't know whether to pack trackers or shorts. Long Johns for Longreach is the go.

And I thought Stuart was in Mt Isa - I was going to try and catch up with him and inspect the 'golden weapon' in the flesh when we pass through on our move from Darwin to Canberra (via the gold coast) around xmas time.
