All - Please be careful where this heads. The moderating team will be watching and it will be deleted if anyone starts name calling etc.

I also recommend reading the Kiwi article - just goes to show just how censored our own media is before stuff gets reported... Assuming the Kiwi's got it right

Apologies to any that may have taken offence at my question, I am not trying to "stir the pot" and did not want to start a sh!t fight.
As most of you are probably aware NZ has a similarly diverse ethnic population with some groups hell bent on having their opinions heard. While we have not yet had "race hate riots" I honestly believe it is only a matter of time until we head down the American race riot path.
I believe there are lessons to be learnt is all and healthy discussion is a valid method.

Yeah, that pissed me off a fair bit. Between the anti-sedition laws and the new laws given to NSW police to stop 'race riots' you prety much can't walk down the street without the possibility of being acosted by the cops.

What pisses me off the most, is that apparently we have such a 'race riot' problem in australia that we actually need laws to help break them up.

Bring in the riot teams with rubber bullets a la Belfast and Beirut and that'll soon break up the idiots...
