New speed cameras?

I have noticed in 2 places between Macksville and Coffs Harbour there are what looks to be temporary speed camera's

It looks like a Aluminium Checkerplate box about 300mmx300mm and it has a hole for a camera in the front of it, and a flash made up of LED's on top.
It has 2 of those bump strips that cross the road to detect a car.

There is no signage that it is a speed camera

What the hell is it?

Won't be a speed camera unless there is a warning associated to it. It is likely to be some sort of traffic monitoring device possibly for schoolies or something like that

Dude, use english...

We have fixed cameras that have freakin big signs telling you they are there.

We have mobile cameras, which is Bargearse sitting in a falcon wagon writing down everyone that gets a piccy taken

We have mobile video cameras, but they detect unlicensed drivers and unreg cars not speeding, and then the copper has to pull you up.

Yes, we have red light cameras at intersections, and I swear they need to put some in at Coffs, frig the Pacific Highway traffic are NUTCASES when it comes to running reds...
