Excellent example of how the brain can recognize out of s*t - pattern recognition based on past well reinforced memory of CORRECT spelling and punctuation:)
But it takes longer to process, ie read, this is why people say its tiresome.
I don't know about all you, but I kinda like have a mini brain revolt when looking at it, because it doesn't conform with known patterns, see we really are creatures of habit.
So actually this little thing tells us a lot about ourselves;)

But lets say if you further extrapolate what might happen if communication in that form is common........IMO we would no longer have a language, won't be able to recognize everyones nuances which are not important to the meaning of the whole, so we won't be able to communicate and eventually digress to living like back in the cave:mrgreen:
I think i prefer progress and expanding our intellectual ability.......
cause who knows who we might meet eventually out there......when we eventually are out there:mrgreen: and we have to measure up:mrgreen::twisted:

Bit off topic but here goes:
What I dont get is why bother abbreviating txt messaging when most modern mobile phones have T3 word prompting, and is easier and quicker to type the correct spelling than an abbreviation (unless programmed) and is easier to read and interpret at a glance than hieroglyphics's.

And as for the board, as Andrew T has said before, get Firefox and spell check your post as you type.

Thats my 2 cents worth.
