first thing that happened....


got pulled over after passing some cops at bout 90 Kmhr in second so it was pretty high revs...

coppers checked out my car. which is a bit illegal at the present time.....lol
no rear P-plate, no rego sticker up, rear bald tyres, backseat passenger not wearing a seatbelt, bit of extra wiring all around the place and not to mention an EJ22 under the hood which is also illegal.

but they didnt give me nething no fine no yellow sticker, didnt get breathalyzed.

i was expecting something but no.

anyways continued on.





few hours later i let Justin take my car back to his house coz we needed a drill to work on the Leone of BrennyV's..

he comes back..turns out he blew my second gear (and wasn't able to get his drill lol) wt a bummer i didnt even get to do it.
i dont usually let others drive my car lol but did tonight.
i dont believe justin wulda been dropping the clutch on it or doing nething to stupid.

but after all i did have a 4speed MY box behind an EJ22 and id given it a bit of shit myself (2 periods of RWD included )...i expected to break it at some point. just a bummer it did it so soon


so neway i got off pretty goddamn lucky with the cops...then my gearbox blew.
ahwell shit happens.

Might be a good time to do a 5 speed conversion? Then maybe get a few things legalized.

got a few things already planned for it whihc needed it coming off the road for awhile neways..so nows a good time.


to bad it isnt timed up with out Big shed thats gettin built right now which is gettin a hoist in it at some stage. thats still a few months off.

heh yeah pretty lucky... when u have an illegal EJ22 just like Subarino u should really do the easy stuff like tidying the wiring, putting the rego sticker up, getting decent tyres etc. Hatchy has so many mods its not funny but the way Dave keeps her looking and the condition she's in, I seriously doubt she'd ever come close to getting a yellow. These things help alot!

tidying up wiring is not easy lol...for me Any way

theres not really much point atm specially when my cars still not running on song.

need a few good w/e's just cleaning up all the wiring and going over all the small problems without going 4x4ing :P as for the box, that was a ticking time bomb you were waiting for. so 5sp time! :P

i had a spare 5 spd until alex stole it lol but yes the box was waitin to go as u new

but well done with the cops

how long did u expect it to last, its probably done over 300k kilometres. what a bugger.

time for 5 speed and no more shitty MY gear ratios

With an EJ infront of the standard 4 speed its only time till it breaks

I find it funny using the wrong gears for the 'right gears' moment, ie
40km zone, throw it into 5th and chug along or do the complete opposite and throw it into 2nd (instead of 3rd/4th)... Its all about entertainment

Bumpty - nah it was a marked car with twirly lights on the roof .

but it was dark and i wasnt looking at the other car so i didnt know until i got told that it was cops....then they turned around and put there lights on, and i found out lol

get an Lseries Clutch disc.
mount my new linkages..
