Sell 96 Ej25quad-cam engine from an outback

Hi guys,

I have a ej25 quad cam off an outback. 180k's with full service history but it suffered a front hit. I suspect part of the timing cover broke and got caught between the pulley and belt and made it slip.
I've put the belt back right (I think) and tested compression on it. Num1 had 10psi and all the others 170.

Engine turned over without any noises. So maybe i've put it wrong, (don't think so) or its got bent valves. Its complete with the wiring loom in the car still if your interested (missing the alt plug). A good running one from the wreckers is around the 1000 mark, (crazy!!). Willing to let it go for a lot less with the loom, Alt, exhaust etc if anyone is keen if you need a power plant for a conversion. Happy to post with e-go. I can also get Dave here to strip the loom while i send you the engine to work on. and then send you the cut loom. Just something for you guys to think about:p lol
