I'll take 2x pairs..
Will they accept the same bolts as listed in the above link? Do they have a hub centre/bore/lip that a rim can sit on?
what thickness will they be?

yes subaru factory forester/imprenza mags will sit fine

20mm ( not including rim locating lip) so if you use E+55 offset subaru forester rims it will increase the Track on a MY ( STD E+42) by only 14mm (7mm each side).

Note this is an EOI for off-road adapters, proceeding will be subject to sufficient numbers and depositsbefore an order being placed..

a run of 60 units would be best - that's 30 pairs or 14 more of your orders. Could post OS relatively easily .

I would need to do production run of 100 units or 25 sets of 4 adapter plates or the cost blows out to about $180 a pair if I only do 40 units ( 10 sets) - with a new supplier I can now get it down to $120 a pair, but only if I do 100 units per run..

so far I only have eoi from

Taza 2 pairs or 4 units
Willy F 1 pair or 2 units

so need 34 units more for short run.
or 94 for the cheap run.

will just keep waiting

I reckon you would easily get 100+ takers if you went the whole hog and starting making the crossbreed style adapters.

the adaptor style you mentioned without auto forum censor kicking in , the last few sets sat about for some time at 1400 bucks a few years ago plus need to buy all the EJ stuff - seems no one was interested in buying kits - just had the desire

, so cant see why 100+ orders would now be successful sales on Australian manufactured components ...

Yes they were a bit pricey, but well made. Such is the dilemma of the aspiring home mechanic on a tight budget.

I could easily have the hubs made through my machine industry contacts in Taiwan, but the volume wouldn't be there. I think I would struggle to sell 20 sets at $100 a set (which would be the cost by the time they were landed, duty paid). The rest of the setup can all be sourced from any EJ based vehicle and some mild fabrication.

I take it you are talking about the 5 stud hub the XT6 used.

I think you would be surprised at just how quickly those 20 set of hubs would disappear.

I would grab 2 sets.

They talk about the Aussie made adaptor style in the US all the time but a bit dear. If you could get them done cheap in Taiwan with current exchange rate there would surely be heaps of takers in the US market.
