I noticed that it has less guages than the oz delivered 6 guage dash - the only thing the oz dash doesn't have that this apparently $750 dash has is the turbo light in the tacho. I also prefer the digital clock:

I have one of these dashes in my brumby but made the best of both by using the volts and oil guage from an Aussie cluster and also the digital clock. They all interchange with a bit of mucking around. The other difference is the ecs light in the taco as well as the turbo light

wow, I bet that was hard to source! I could be wrong, but I'm sure I have seen a US spec one with a boost gauge, replacing I think the Volt Gauge?

Those heads look rather interesting, they look close to Dual Port EA81 Heads...

yeah the look very close but there are small differences on the head face I would love to be able to afford having them shipped to Australia (it would probably cost more that what the heads finally went for in a bid) just to see if they fit on an ea81

I am pretty sure they would as i believe EA71 use the same head gasket but i could be wrong?
