Item: 1994 Gen II Liberty GX Wagon AWD

Odometer Reading: 310,000km

Description

It's a 10/94 GX with dual range AWD and all the GX extras - power windows, hill holder central, cruise control all of which all work perfectly. Would mark a perfect base for an off roader.

Condition

The good: Overall the car is in good to very good condition for it's age, looks neat and tidy and drives like it has done half the kilometers indicated. The car was in the same family from new until late 2007 and was regularly serviced (has records). Recent new clutch and front tyres (have reciepts), steers nicely and brakes feel solid. Checked compression which is both strong and consistent between cylinders 165psi - 164psi - 168psi - 162psi respectively.

The Bad: Engine has a few common EJ22 leaks, the worse being from the either oil separator or the rear main (no idea why it wasnt done when the clutch was done). It also has a few bumps and scratches consistent with age.

Bump!

Have honestly not had one single PM or call about the car, it's cheap and pretty good condition for it's age. I feel it would surprise most who inspect, only needs some TLC (oil separator reseal and rear main seal) from someone with the time to do it. Rest of the car is mechanically A1 and the body/interior presents well.

Going to list on carsales tomorrow, will update thread with the link.

Car can be viewed either in Brisbane (Hertiage Park/Browns Plains) or on the Sunshine Coast (Peregian Beach).
