Is this a con job or what??? it went through the auction time and ended but now it's listed again by the same seller :???:

Wouldn't this have to be sold to the winning bidder?

Must have finished well below what they thought it might fetch as this time it has a reserved price on it.

Just saw a Brumby for sale in Mandurah. I know the guy and car as he bought my canopy off me.

Brumby is in good nik. 1991 Sport model. Good wheels and tyres. Basically standard, no rust to speak of. $3,500ono.

Just saw it parked on the side of Lakes Road and got the number off the sign.

Just spotted a pretty Neat Brum at Urunga. post 90 model white, bull bar air con 14" sunrasias, tarp 340.000ks. $4K
will post a pick once I have compressed the photo.

Just seen a rx turbo for sale,last of that model (87),comes with complete and pretty good condition mpfi touring wagon as spares or owner will seperate,currently both cars parked under my carport! no reasonable offer refused...

the local wrecker rang me today to inform me of a B4 2000ish been rolled
$1500 I thought was bloody cheap???

I will try for a look in next couple of days an dtake some pics

Yeah I saw that last weekend, my brother in law just bought a Brumby for $500 with what we thought was a blown headgasket. Found out after we got the heads off that it was in fact just the intake manifold gasket that had failed.

Im quite jealous of both his cars now (the other is a B4)

sorry twin turbo 2 litre Liberty, spaghetti under the bonnet, small turbo kicks in followed (eventually) by the secondary, it gives a double kick , some dont like the wait in between.
Its a whoosh - pause WHOOOOOSH kind of feeling :D

Ermmm, nope. The VOD (valley of death) between the turbos kills them mega ways. Most people that take their B4 seriously do a single turbo conversion.

I'd be interested in the dash plastics (the silver bits)

Sounds like the turbos arent matched too well, either the little one is too small or the big one too big...no wait, the little one must be too small! :rolleyes:
