Hi Suby enthusiasts, I have for sale a 1996 svx (H6 3.0L 6),odometer reads 197240km,engine runs fine but body has a dings etc,
photos can be sent as I have no idea how to add photos on this forum.
The motor puts out 230bhp standard! and with some extra parts this engine can pump out 700hp( eg.dumped into a wrx with custom piping, drivetrain, intake manifold and twin turbo)
looking for $1000 and the shocks and springs changed with my svx ones or I want the lowered springs or an arrangement made to switch them.
specs of the car:
http://www.subarusvx.com/specs.html
As the car has no rego it will need to be towed,
please send through questions and enquiries asap otherwise the car with this great motor will be crushed, never to return.

Does anyone else think an SVX looks like a VP Commodore from the front?

Yep, always thought that !
230HP ! That was a Falcon GT 5.0 litre in 1968!

Gannon.. you're going the right way for a smacked bottom
Jonno.. Don't encourage him

Also, the SVX is only 3.3 not 5.0

Too right! Unfortunately I can see what he means
That's one rough SVX
Best of luck with the sale, I'm sure someone will take it on.

Handbrake.
Ive seen parts for SVX in Melbourne but the prices are so costly!
Rarely see SVX around in these days. Would be worth restoring to put back on the road.

That is why if you had one (or more) a grand plus freight would be worth spending on this
