Free wheels, sunnie style?

Yes free That's about what I think they are worth. No doubt somebody on here could tell me what make or style of wheels these are, but they are 8 spoke 13" sunnie style wheels. They came on a scrap L series I bought, I ran them on my Brumby for a while and the tyres are worse than scrap (vibration and crap handling) They appear to have been white originally but previous owner has painted them black (quite badly) and they're purple on the back side 
There's 4 of them with no center caps. Free to a good home, pickup only. I've somehow accumulated a small mountain of rims and tyres and it's time I cleared a few out.
