I did see that, illegal but probably not too hard to make it legal.

For $7250 I'd have expected a RWC. In my experience buyers don't want to have to buy the vehicle and then run around getting new glass ($150), new tyres ($300) and the door lock fixed, unless the vehicle is a bargain. Plus the list of modifications could get pinged by a mechanic (the seats would be illegal without a engineering certificate, the rear springs possibly also), so it could be $8500 or more to get it on the road.

Nice looking Brumby though, GLWS

If anyone needs a windscreen rubber for their MY, spend the money on this

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/GENUINE-Suba ... 1891387915

I got a genuine one from this guy and it is the real deal, fits absolutely perfectly (of course :) ) and less chance of getting a new windscreen that leaks.

This is interesting.

Note the comment regarding the non cancelling indicators fix and from the photo the screw for the indicating cancellation.

That is a neat trick. Not $90 changeover nice, but still quite an easy solution compared to the alternative...

Seems the bidding is now closed... I’m pretty sure this coupe was on gumtree for the last year or so with an asking price of $17,000!!! Too much at the moment.

Cheers

Yea I'm not sure if it sold - think it was passed in at about $ 9000.

Would be interested to know where it went but ...
