i think the dual crank pulley is actually a triple , say you'll be happy with a triple as well;

I've got two, you can have one of mine. One came with my new engine, and another came with an incomplete p/steering lot I bought. No idea what it's worth, shoot me a PM if you're interested.

*Edit* Just re-read "alternator pulley" Do you mean the pulley that is on the alternator? I had no idea there were multi-ribbed versions. I was talking about crank pulleys.

I'm pretty sure the cars with A/C have a multi belt pulley for the alternator.

Get an ea82 alternator from an "L" with an aircon setup.

Hmm, do EA82 crank pulleys fit EA81's ?? They are bigger diameter pulley, pretty sure of that much. Just for info...I have had a few EA82 with AC.... PS pulley has two grooves, only one ever had a twin groove alternator and that was an 89 mpfi touring wagon, so n ot all AC EA82's had 'em

I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as a double pulley for the alternator. The EA81T has a double pulley for the water pump. The crank pulley needs upgrading to install the a/c setup. Everything else will just bolt on to the block...

You may rephrase that so not to get shot down :) You are referring to EA81T Rhys ?

Hmmm.

I know the crank pulley is a triple pulley, but I've not known the EA81s to run a double on the alternator itself.

If your after the crank pulley I've got one you can have, especially if I can have your single pulley in exchange to keep the engine sealed up ;)

What is it that you're up to - installing AC?

If it is an alternator pulley I should have one of them on an L series alternator somewhere...

Cheers
