Yep windscreen rubber as above - fit the trim before you put the screen back in the vehicle ;)

The heater tap, you can substitute a commodore unit in there, there's a thread about that on here somewhere.

Carpet is available - I got carpet for Sunnie the Brumby for about $130 - had to cut my own holes but it turned out well. Also search for MY wagon too as the wagon, sedan and coupe carpets will fit the brumby ;)

Cheers

I concur with the above :)

Carpet from any MY Series Touring Wagon, Sedan or Coupe will fit, just need to cut down the rear section a bit. Standard (low roof) MY wagons and MY Brumby had vinyl flooring.

I too have to replace the heater tap and found the commodore one is the closest to the Subie one but from memory, it's vacuum operated, so need to find that thread Bennie has mentioned.

For the carpet but have to cut your own holes, use the old vinyl as a template.

Yep.. was pretty sure it was vacuum controlled, so would still like to find that thread Bennie mentioned

and so this thread ended there....until Jonno finds self cooking internally coz the heater tap is stuck open, unable to be forced closed even ......new from Japan if still available are about the 150 mark, or the Commode one mentioned above by Dayco $20

The Sube parts manual says it is a three port cock - mine has four ports, so to the vac op Commode heater tap. I am think if i ....geebers, did I chuck out a vacuum seesaw switch ??? the kind from the circ fresh switch buttons ???. Reckon one of them mounted in the side of the console will do the job noicely

maybe I can get away witha dissembly and squirt of sheep grease inside to fix ??

after ripping the hoses off the heater tap, I finds the cable was the problem  so cleaned the heater tap up, lubed its bits, shoved it back in, zip tie to reinforce the cable holder, snapped its little rubber jacket back on ...now it is like i have AC !! Fresh cool outside air - goodbye sauna !

^ Gold Jonno!

I've pulled the old tap from our VT when it let go a few months back. I can see how it could be used in the MYs with some mods. Seems easy enough. I've not had to do it yet, but if it comes to it this will be the first stop for replacement ideas...

Cheers
