WTB [WA] Front drive shafts to suit Gen 1 Liberty

Post by niterida » Wed Mar 26, 2014 8:12 pm

Chasing a couple of front drive shafts to suit my RS Liberty - don't need to be in perfect condition as long as they are still usable.

Will be in Perth early next week to pick up if any one has any.

Cheers
Ken

Did you get this sorted Ken?

Are they RS or just Liberty? 2 different splines

When are you down this way next Ken?

I have been doing a fair amount of overtime and the post office like most other things here in Bunbury is closed on Saturdays.

Need to count the splines on the shaft to know for sure. These are missing the boots, does this mean they were replaced because they made noise? I see the inners are off them, so I'm thinking the inners got used on a Brumby?

Shafts are new as far as I know, they are stiff with very little play and the innards are not dented. I got them from Werty when I picked up the lift kit he sold me when he sold his L wagon.

The inner cups were not on the shafts when I got them.
