- 220 hp ( 161 kW ) @ 6,000 rpm, 289 N·m @ 4,400 rpm.
- EZ-30D: 2999 cc,
Legacy 3.0R, Outback 3.0R & Tribeca ( 2003 – 2009 ) 2006–2008
- 245 hp ( 180 kW ) @ 6,600 rpm, 297 N·m @ 4,200 rpm.
- EZ-36D: 3629 cc,
Legacy, Outback & Tribeca ( 2010 - current )
- 260 hp ( 191 kW ) @ 6,000 rpm, 335 N·m @ 4,400 rpm.

Looks a bit like it, could be possible and I wouldn't put anything past the Aero guys. But this one hasn't got the equipment to swing a prop yet...hmmmmm

The MY series
yes Im being cryptic, I'm still looking for info myself. From what I understand it was a California based MY series (late model) that got injection. So far it is all myth and conjecture

I couldn't even find the thread on USMB where I originally found the link to the picture.
I have read elsewhere that the JDM EA81 was available in MPFI as well, without a turbo. Finding proof well...
By the way that is the turbo motor
have a look at the oil pump. I was hoping some one else would have info on the MPFI NA EA81.

Just as a matter of interest, there was one of the F1 flat 12 engines advertised on ebay a few years back. $20,000 at the time. I wonder what ever happened to it.
