93 liberty strut top lift
93 liberty strut top lift
gday everyone, this is my first thread..
i have just bought a 93 gx liberty wagon and - just like everyone else - want it lifted.
the thing is it only just had (15,000kms ago) the original air shocks replaced with conventional suspension - and it handles great.
anyhow, is it possible to just install strut top spacers with nothing else? dont want to go down the outback strut/spring path because the suspension is pretty much new still. any thoughts? thanks

Welcome to this forum!!
You can install 2" lift kit that goes on the top of suspensions & cross members, it'll give you 2" lift. There is a couple of threads in here.
Cheers

thanks for the feedback guys. i know about the body lift kit, and the suspensions lifts options but have struggled to find out if you can do strut top only for gen1 liberty. the reason for this is that i want everything to get more clearance - not just the body..
so i guess my main questions (and thanks to everyone in advance) are can you do it on my car and what affect, if any, will it have on geometry, cv life and anything else i should know?
my first subaru and am bloody impressed with it already and its DEAD STOCK.

ahhhhh.... making more sense to me now
so you have to have the body lift in conjunction with the strut top lift..
ok thats fair - well hopefully will happen in the next few weeks and it seems the usual practice is to post some pics of it so looks like i will have to dig up the camera when it gets done.
thanks daza
