Hi
I need to get some control arm bushes but i don't know which ones to get as there are 24mm and a 28mm set.
Which ones are the right ones for 1992 Subaru Brumby GL??

If you looked up 92 Brumby you may have got lost, many parts list the engine for anything after the L series came out with an EA82 engine, stuff knows what bush they list. L series and MY/MV/Brumby may be the same. Safer looking for an 84 Brumby or Leone FWD lower control arm bush inner.

ahh..really not sure if ur being serious or not...and my brumby is beige
nolathane bushes list the same 2 bushes in 24mm and 28mm, for the l series, MY Leone and brumbys with dates ranging from 79-94
Control arm - lower inner 45490 OD=24mm
Control arm - lower inner 45491 OD=28mm
So back to square 1...i had the same issue when i bought new leads, the computer parts catalogue had the brumby as an EA82, i'm pretty sure no brumbys had EA82's, i love my car, but geez everything is a hassle.

I went through that hassle!
Both will fit if you still have factory rubber ones in there.
If you use the 24mm you need to keep the metal tube on the outer of the factory bush and if you use the 28mm you can throw the metal tube away and fit the bush directly to the control arm.
IMO the 28mm is easier as it is easy to damage the tube when you remove the factory bush. I just used a large socket (probably about 26mm) and put the control arm in a vice and bashed it out that way. If you have a press it would be easier.
Also the nolathane bushes are much harder than rubber so the larger bush is a better option IMO.
