Just remember, if all else fails, use cable ties!

I don't think it would use the original bolts, they wouldn't be long enough

The lift block that Dazza has in his picture looks (exactly) like a Boxer Service kit. Its has had a huge amount of research and design to trouble shoot thess kind of issue… hence why these kits are far more expensive (and quality in my opinion) then other lift kits on the market (I am not suggesting that other kits are not good). Oh and yes it does use the original bolts, just look at Dassa’s pic’s to see how its built.

Think about it this way… out of all the L’s in Perth ours would have to be 1 of the oldest shells around this WA 4WDing crew, she has taken some huge pounding’s over the years and yet we do not have this issue (hence my silence on this thread… until now).
Toyota 105 Series LandCruiser (that nobody on here wants to really hear about).
RX Touring Wagon - fitted out for 4WDing (currently collecting dust).
RX Project - will be road only at this stage (and currently taking way to long to finish).

I should start by posting that for some reason I can not see Alex’s pictures.

Tis all good postie oh I mean stamp licker ;-)

Its been a long times since I have been under the ol girl for a look. To answer your question though from memory its very similar to the photo (from Dazza, but obviously for an L lift) and all 3 are welded to the same plate – so yes its all 1 piece.

It is my understanding (from what I can tell from this thread and this link http://alliedarmament.homestead.com/Liftkit01.jpg) that people are wanting… all 3 points to be joined and thus possibly reduce the of pulling the captive nuts out as it will distribute the loads more evenly between the 3 point? Correct? I am not suggesting that my kit would stop this problem however maybe it has reduced the possibility of it occurring as I have had no drama’s with my nuts (well as far as I know its all good under there atm).

I know that some of the old crew had a good look at my kit on the first WA BYB X’mas trip as the design has differences to it (both front and rear) however that was some time ago now. And sorry I do not have any pictures of it before it got bolted into the car either.
