Coilovers for 83 coupe

Post by 85wrx » Fri Jan 18, 2008 7:26 am

Hi All,
I am in the process of building a wrx powered and driveline 83 subaru coupe. It will be fitted with WRX brakes and struts on the front with WRX brakes on the rear.
I am looking at fitting a set of coilovers on the front only due to design of the rear. I am looking at fitting a set of ISC coilovers as these are the only ones that I can buy new as a front pair only. I am interested to here from anyone that is using these? Are there any problems with these coilovers? Are all the brackets fitted for the brake lines? Are coilovers shorter than standard struts when not fitted, measuring overall at full extension.

For all those guys that have converted brumbies, what did you use for the coilovers on the front. Is there anything to watch out for.
Regards Darryl
