Question for Stamp_Licker

Post by robdddd » Sat Aug 09, 2008 10:39 am

Hi Stamp_Licker,

Just a question about some photos from photobucket of a modification to a lift block, can you let us know what the mod does, is it higher than the 50mm or does it slightly move the mounting position further back to provide better tyre clearance.......thanks?

All it does is join the 2 points together instead of 2 single lift blocks. In theory spreading the load over those captive nut points giving it more strenght. You could use it for any size lift.I was at the time going to combine the front x member blocks and that block to make a small subframe. This may still happen.
