Am I forgetting anything? Lib Lift.

Hey folks

BYB 3" strut tops and 2" body spacers

Gen 2 outback struts

Raised King outback springs

Gen 2 trailing arm mounts

Foz 16" allows and AT rubber

Am I missing anything for suspension/wheels?

I've seen a few threads mentioning problems joining the sway bar (I think?) after everything is installed, but none of those threads are concluded ARGH! In particular: showthread.php?t=10228&highlight=rose. How does the rear line up? Thoughts?

Perhaps I should replace bushes (which ones?) while suspension is out?

Upgrade is still a few weeks away as my final teaching rounds and outdoor work is eating up my time this month, and I need to replace the lifters first as the noise is driving me NUTS! The job will take a little longer than normal anyway as I'm bleeding the brakes and replacing pads at the same time.

Any advice from those that have lifted libs as to problems I might encounter or tips/hints/tricks to make the job easier? Any special tools or odd sized sockets?

Thanks,
Owen.

Looks like you're on the track. But one thing I dont know what BYB has, you need steering linkage.
Sway Bar, I have outback sway bar in mine, the mounting points are longer than Liberty ones.

Hey AP, thanks for the quick reply. Yep, BYB kit includes steering linkage :). Are you running lift or outback shocks AP? I thought your ride was unraised? Why the need for the outback sway bar

I think it was the front stabiliser bars that didn't line up?
