Hi everyone,
I am a newbie here. Excuse me if this is in the wrong thread. I want to lower my BH H6 outback to the equivalent height of a BH Liberty. Has anybody done this or do you know what is involved. (struts, springs etc)?
Thanks in advance.

The outback has lift blocks under most of the suspension mounting points and by removing these, it may resume the height of a normal liberty. I believe you will also need Liberty struts and springs

Correct plus spacers as well, suspension swap etc.

Thanks Guys. Forgive me for being thick but what are the spacers and where are they located relative to the struts/shocks/springs?

Spacers can be found on cross members in rear and fronts (between chassis rail-cross members), they're about 35mm thick.

As above, spacers are on the Frt & Rr Crossmembers and the G/Box crossmember.
You also need to swap out the steering uni joint for a Liberty one.
Easier to get a set of coilovers, or just swap in Liberty/Legacy struts (get Bilsteins if you can) and Whiteline (or similar) lowering springs.
I had Bilsteins with Whiteline "Control" springs in my 02 Outback but sold them and got a set of Tein Flex coilovers - wish I did this in the first place.
In a few weeks or a month or so, i'll be swapping the g/box and diff (GT Forester 4.44 ratio with LSD rear) and steering rack (Bugeye STi) along with a couple of bits and pieces, and will be taking/grinding out the spacers then, if I remember i'll take pictures.
