I already have a set of King springs for the front of my 82 MY touring wagon but want to replace the front shocks as well. Does anyone know if I can get strut inserts for the original strut towers or full replacement shocks but still with the adjustable height option.
I see a lot of complete struts for sale in the likes of e bay but non with the adjustable height option. I would like to go with KYB if possible as they seem to be the best.
Also, I would like to replace my front LH guard. Does anyone know if all MY front guards are the same reguardless of if they have round, rectangular, single or quad lights or are they different. If they are all the same I can simply pick one up from the local wreckers but if they are different finding a good guard may be harder.

I've heard there's a difference in guard from the dual to single headlight assy's.

Just FYI, nothing confirmed.

Hmm, wonder if it is in the indicator park light assy, they do look different don't they?

From memory, they are different and that is where the guard is different to accomodate larger or smaller.

... I think.

if you go OEM...prolly a fair bit more $$$ you should get the adjustable, and also subaru use KYB for OEM parts.
