I had a look around and not much seems to be available for std L Series now .
Was interested in std height or slightly lower front springs and urethane inner control arm bushes .

What are most people using ?

i got all my bushes done with uerthane, my borther got them for me so i dont rememebr the brand but was quite reputable.
springs i got no idea but my shockers i plan to upgrade to koni adjustable

nolathane - i'm using their bushings everywhere i can

fulcrum showed a few things for them bush wise. I know they had the rear diff bush for mine.

I need to rat up a set of front inner control arm bushes ASAP because I'm going to have the bush tubes repositioned on the tops of the arms . I have to do this because I have spacers on the compression (radius rods) to push the struts further forward to increase positive caster , this deflects the std bushings too much so I will have the arms modded so the bush tubes line up properly with the crossmember attaching bolts .

I also need to drop the front a tad to get better caster angles and this is not easy to do cheaply . The lower spring seats are already underneath the adjuster nuts and I don't want to use threaded sleeves here .

how far forward have you pushed the LCA's so that you have to mod them?

Most radius rods have two thick steel washers on them to support the rubber bushes at a reason able diameter . Mine have three of them behind a pair of urethane bushes which push the control arms forward from memory about 15mm .
When the bush tubes on my arms are modified I think we can space these rods right to the end of the threads which isn't a lot more but I want all the positive caster I can get .

L Series cars have such short control arms back and front that any articulation of the suspension arms makes for heaps of geometry change .
I'm finding that ride height is critical with suspension angles and I can't be too low because the exhaust and rear diff become speed hump targets .

Like most things if they are fabricated properly they will be more robust and stronger than the manufacturer had it , when you look at L Series control arms they are not the beefiest of things .

BTW which was the part number for the inner urethane bushes and who's make .

nolan now known as nolathane 46200 is the first kit the more difficult labour intensive one to install retailing about 132, then 46215 the easier to install half bushes and crush tubes at about 90 bucks reusing the insitu outer shells. Just trying to source a true trade price on them as the local parts dudes are quoting rrp as trade, another net crowd begins with ezi quoting higher prices as retail and sell for about 90 plus post for the 46215
