Rounded Nut on L series

hey guys,

putting my two inch lift in L series car and have realised that some of the nuts are rounded.

anyone got any ideas as to how to get them off?

If you can find a six sided or splined socket you might be able to bash it onto the damaged nuts and turn them. Failing that, you can grind a couple of flats onto the nuts and get a good shifter onto them.

sometimes access allows bigger nut to be welded onto offender

use nut splitter. or cut them off with cold chisel. cold chisel is pretty quick.
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

First to try would be a 6 sided socket followed by knocking on a smaller socket (cheap one and usually an imperial size), then a pair of vice-grips and lastly a cold chisel :)
