scratching my head 4 inch lift

So i have just got a 4 inch lift kit and i'm not to sure were all the parts go any help would be great. Heres a photo of the kit i hope it works its an attachment.

It all looks like it is there, except some of the bolts maybe and also Brake Line extensions.

Also missing engine stay-rod. You can cut and weld an extension into your existing one though.

Thanks guys, your a great help, may start putting it in tomorrow. just need to know were a few blocks go. moustache blocks? i'm thinking there the rear diff blocks for the diff bracket moustache looking? and k frame blocks not sure were they go?. Cheers
