my driverside front squeaks after rebound

Post by 2nd Hand Yank » Wed Aug 31, 2011 9:05 am

I notice a sound like squeaking bushings when I go over speed bumps.
It's either only noticeable, or most noticeable as the suspension rebounds.
It sounds the same whether I'm going straight or have the wheels turned

Does that help narrow it down, what it might be?

spray one bush at a time, go for drive until it is gone, then you'll be able to tell us!

how loud is your stereo? I have used water at times just to wet a bush at a time or just hose the whole thing shuts things up for a while

Yep. WD40, RP7, CRC556, etc*

Do them one at a time to narrow down the problem, or do everything you can find in one hit and the noise will be gone.

Dane.

*Don't tell me they're not good for rubber bushes. It doesn't matter and I don't care
