Just to put it out there for later search functions:

4/87 4WD

front 19mm
rear 20mm (well, 20.20, must be the paint ! )

So have you got the sizes of the RX bars as a comparison?

Oh BTW (and off topic), I sent that tube and bolt yesterday

I think 12mm rear is a number being tossed around. What happend to the one I sold you with its trailing arms , you gave it away when you sold the wagon ? ?

Oh, ripper, for the side note :) ta

That 12mm above is wrong so never quote it, delete it from brain

How dare you suggest that I would give away RX trailing arms and swaybar.

They have taken residence in my RX (as Nev had removed the originals and sold them)

Actually..... it didnt have a swaybar on it, Im guessing it was something to do with the 3" lift it had and the trailing arms were kept as spares.

Factory 87 WSM states all rear anti roll bars as 16mm for conventional and air suspension .

It says 19mm for RX L Sedan and 18mm for the other L 4WDs inc RX coupe .

I had thought that AWD XT4s had 19 at the rear as well ?

A .

I thought that the RX turbo sedan and coupe, and the Vortex were the only models to get rear swaybars.

Measured the 16mm rear on my 4GLTA , 19mm on the front.

The rear bar you got Gannon was off another red 4GLTA not exactly an RX

12mm is quite small, I wonder what it was off?

Maybe a non turbo Royale sedan?
