bumpSTOPkits-rear shocks, L Sedan/Vortex

Post by steptoe » Thu Oct 13, 2011 10:31 am

Pedd3rs do 'em , (oh and what a fluke typo that 3 was!! it can stay :) ) for L Series sedans/ Vortex #4360 $27.50 each strut.

KYB also do them and claim made for Australian conditions - no price on web

What else do people use /fit and where you get and pay for these kits.
I think they are really designed for our sedans and Vorts that had no bump stop in the suspension arms to body sort of thing

I was under the impression that all 4WD L.Series models (incl XT) had bump stops mounted on the body and had a cushion stop plate welded on the lower arm?

Paul must have been coming off a long shift switch to have missed that discussion. L Sedans and Vortices got no mechanical bump stop other than in strut.

Why can you have three pics in your sig and my best of three drops out ?

Oh really.. yes, must have missed that thread. To tell you the truth, I've never really paid that much attention to it but from now on I will :)

I don't think it's imageshack but I post using photobucket (which I can't see be any different), maybe try with them??
