Installing a lift kit is pretty basic. The only problems are if the kit does not allow for things like radiator hoses, steering angles and the engine torque rod. And you will probably have to adjust your gearstick and 4WD lever to stop them from hitting the tunnel. Your exhaust will most likely foul on something and will also need adjusting.

I would leave the adjusters wound all the way down. Winding them up increases your front driveshaft angle. If you need more tyre clearance, use more body lift. If you need a higher spring rate, change your springs.

well that cleared it up i think i will wind them down, the exhaust is alredy stuck, but the kit came with all the gear so should be alright, ive rounded off 3 out 4 of the crossmember bolts so its going to get messy..

btw what do ya do for a sump bash plate i dont think the old one will fit, any idears?

on my l-series i slotted the holes and made afew brackets(and smashed the crap out of the sump guard) got it to fit very nicely..

EDIT: yes it is gold

note the nut and bolt at the rear left of the sump guard...one on either side makes it strong as all ****
