L front arms in MY

Post by Bratgeebah » Tue Jul 17, 2007 8:16 am

I know there are a few others on here who have put L front lower arms on MY's.
I'm going to a fibreglass race car/panel fabricator on the weekend with new guards and front bumper to have moulds made and subsequently new guards made with the wheel arch moved forward and a shorter bumper to suit. I'm trying to convince him that he'll probably be able to sell a few.
Could I have a show of hands from those interested (just an indication-no commitment) as it may help in the whole bargaining process.
I'm also getting the bonnet and tailgate (Brumby) looked at. Some of you may be interested in these aswell.
Gee.

Can we paint them gold? :)

arhah... i see i am not the only one who want a good wheel arch... lol i will be making my own as i already have the L arms and on my MY with modified MY radius rods... yet to decide on easy done fibreglass guards for all 4 archs or fab some steel n weld them on... hmmm but i will be using offroad tyres so maybe removable fibreglass ones for when offroad...
I LIKE THEM PRETTY YET TOUGH...LOL

Sorry guys I haven't gone through with it. I ended up making the wheel fit in the standard wheel arch.
