Certain its a goat - I'm guessing you didn't see it 'in the flesh', so to speak?
Very similar to a marino ram skull we once had mounted similarly on dad's HD Holden!

ooh cool! i never really thought of it as a marino sheeps skull, trippy!
I've now added windspeed and barometric pressure sensors to the car, for storm intercepts.
