Wedge w/e pix

a couple guys from the forum made it up to wedge - about 2 hours north of perth. so heres some photos of the trouble we got into
.
matatak was bogged on the beach with trailer on the way up
chillin
bogged bad. all3 subies. and a quad trailer.
and the tide is coming in arrrrgh!
hahah didnt notice i had blown a front cv until i was almost out the beach. skip to 2 hours later on the beach and wanky wagon had pulled us all out.

we where lucky we didnt loose all 3 cars and the quad that day...straight thinking and action was the winner....oh yeh...and wanky wagons performance charactoristics

yer 6 to 8 Psi in the tyres on Wanky Wagon was a huge factor in the end in my eyes.
AndrewT..not exactly dangerous.
any1 notice something wrong with Wanky Wagons exhaust note?

Yer it is, that is extemely dangerous, cars have seatbelts for reasons! Trailers especially aren't suited for passengers, and on a beach no less.
I'm probably slightly biased in this case as some family friends had their son killed in far less severe conditions than that.
But prolly seems okay at the time hey.

we jumped on because we couldnt risk getting wanky stuck again coming back for us with the trailer- it was far away from the hard road.
it was a good trip i cant wait to go back there.

but yer, riding a quad bike at over 100 down the beach is bloody dangerous as well!

well...yes my bike
but it was alos on Alexs car lol
my car struggled thru the beach with it at the boggy parts. so handed it to the Lifted/big tyred beasty who did fine.
the Quad is now dead tho...still dunno why. on the way form leaving Wedge on sunday it karked it.
