New head unit and speakers

Hey gang,
I have a stock standard 2006 Impreza RV (MY07).

I've bought a nice new sony head unit with bluretooth and all that jazz and also have some Xplod boxed 6x9's to put in the boot.

Does anyone have experience taking the dash apart on these models? Looks a lot more complicated than the 4 screws in my old 1990 pulsar! ha ha!

Any hints, tips, tricks or advice would be epic!
