drop by your local subaru dealer/workshop.

Usually they can order genuine subie parts in new no matter the age.

I got a clock for my L Series's dash from them.

If not just go to the wreckers and pull some.

Have to know...how much for a L-Series OME clock?!

I think it would be cheaper to buy a set of used L-series Turbo rear discs out of the US (about $100 US a set second-hand, plus another $100-150 for shipping) than to buy new drums from Subaru! Try edrach on USMB, he turns them up pretty regularly. Or maybe one of our US members (we had a few here now) ?

Most of the L-series clocks can be fixed by resoldering the resistor on the back of the unit - it becomes a dry joint due to heat. I fixed the clock on the L-series I had in about 10 minutes...

With drums it's hardly worth forking out for new ones (if you can even find them). Just grab some old ones off somebody for free or 5 bucks. If you want to make sure they have a nice new surface take them to a brake place to get skimmed.

2 options...
Get a vernier and go to wreckers and measure the good ones, measure thickness and the most thinkness.. (I dont know the legal thickness it would be)
If you dont like the idea, worth checking out like Bursons, AutoPro, Repco etc..
Cheers

ebay in the US has them so they should be available in Australia either online or in a shop somewhere

I didn't pay for it (a mate broke my current one helping me put the dash back on so he replaced it.)

It was around $140

For brake disks and drums or any brake parts. Have you tried Brake Parts in Welshpool WA?

Can vouch for this, checked mine, 2 minutes work and I now have a working dash clock:D
