Was searching for Aussie sites & finally came here haha Already a member on a REX performance site, strictly to learn/share info concerning the engine.

I am in the process of aquiring a Liberty RX Sedan. Just awaiting the roadie outcome for now. Hope to have it by early next week. It's had a few tasteful mods. 1 biggie I'll share with you @ later stage. Few things I want to change on it asap as seen to be problematic if left way they are.

Just wanna get her home first. Seems silly to rave about something you haven't got yet lol.

It was an RX with an STi transplant but, have chosen a newer one now after heaps of deciding haha. Will start the new thread as suggested

The MY98 looks pretty straight but I reckon you made the right choice going with the Liberty B4 - she is hot!

I never got to drive the 98 Tigger, just sat in pass seat for the first viewing with seller. I think what also sold me was the 50k mileage since sweller owned it & mucking round with the roadie. gave me time to reflect. Wasn't too keen on respraying the front guards & fact car hed been neglected (sitting in yard for 12 months which apparently, clear coat began to peel?) There was buubled blue paint under where clear coat had completely stripped off? I suspect heat? Even though the engine bay was clean, just didn't add up?
