I'd definitely change the brake fluid if it's been sitting for 4 years. Also remove the rear drums and service the automatic brake shoe adjuster, then make sure the adjuster is set correctly when reinstalling the drum. Front brakes may need inspecting and make sure the slide pins are lubricated.
