2003 Liberty clock spring

Hi all,
Newbie here , wanting to sell 1 owner Liberty but have no horn, no cruise & airbag light on so need new clock spring im told ( have checked brake/clutch switches, etc.
Does anyone know somewhere to purchase at a reasonable price ( not Subaru ) ?
Purchased 1 2nd hand but had different fitting to spring, mine has a push in type with a safety lock ?
Any help would be appreciated & tips/tricks.
