RSR 555 wrote:Yeah Jules.. they are the early shafts but I believe Rick requires the later model shafts (ones with a tapered ends) and more pics will confirm this.

Try loging in on another computer.. I find I have the same issue with my windows based phone as it's designed for mobile/light use and pictures use lots of download.
This is what should have been sent however, two of the short one were sent which threw a spanner into the works. $250 Later it is now sorted.

Ok so the car is sitting in the shed at home. It came out a lot darker that what I had imagined in my head but I am really happy with it. The white wheels really stand out against the dark gun grey paint and red callipers. I think that you will all have to wait for the photo's of the the final fit out and finished product!

I am really happy how this car has turned out to this point. The Subie boys have done a fantastic job with this little Brumby.

We already know that, but I'm sure they appreciate hearing it again!

Been a while eh? :) the little bits poking out from under the plastic look really great. Is that winch nice and low profile or is it just me...

You boys are becoming such a tease!

Were are the pics of the brumby with its new colour?? I don't care about complete!!

Looking good though and it's great to be getting an update. I for some reason thought it was all done and dusted.

Cheers

Yeah fair enough... I'm just keen to see the whole body with it's new colour regardless of completeness - but I'm impatient like that!

One more step under way. The rest of the front bar on its way to being finished . Bar has been etch primed , under coated and having the spray putty put on to cover up the tool marks . As it wasn't made by a press , but hammered and welded , there a few marks to cover.

Hey mate,

Yes you should. That way you only have to send the pics once . only to image shack( or what ever one you use ) , instead of to me and who ever else you send them to , if any one else. LOL.

Another couple of steps further forward. The tray has been, almost fitted out.

Image

Front bar has been sprayed , and is just sitting in place to allow the paint to set . Once set , then it time to fit it out.

The bar is looking awesome! And great cover up of the brumby - I was hoping to see more of it.

At this rate I'm not going to have any finger nails left!! I bet the owner is stoked as, I would be and then some!

Cheers
