top effort guys,
i'll out a pic up of what i have done to install my uhf in the 99 fozzy,

taken out the lil clock up near the lights, mounted a remote head uhf, (very f^%$kin difficulty)
and put the rest of the base unit that has built in speaker above the pedals next to the steering column, cut a chip out of the sunglasses holder to hold the microphone,
great set up, but awkward install

We are thinking very serious about making up ones for the L series, as the amount of interest in them.

One more step forward . The cast is now finished. Just have to make the mold off the cast , and we can start pouring the new type consoles.

Hey Dann,

If you mean the map lights in my console and ross's console , they are out of a L series touring wagon .

Tried another idea with the consoles , we put the forester sunglasses holder in the normal M.Y. console.

Sunglass Holder

Cool that idea sure would save getting the old sunnies or for that matter the prescription glasses damaged laying about on the dash or in the glove box
Very shortly an overhead consol will be ordered for Scamp

Any idea on when an L series unit would be available? I realise that you may not have an L series close by to create a mould but I'm set on installing one of these units into Ruby Scoo when you've got them on the go.

Cheers

Hey Bennie, It is funny you asked , as we are putting together the plug together to take the mold off now. We are still looking at about a month , but should be close to then. We are also going to make up a sweeter mold for the M.Y. / brumby ones as well . Once they are done , we will be pouring madly.
