Hey mate,

What size tyres are you using? We lifted a liberty by two inch and trying to get the biggest tyres to fit.

At the moment, the best fit i have found, is a 205 width tire. The ones on the car now are 205/70/15 on a off set the same as a forester GT wheel. Cant remember if it is a 48 or a 38 off set.

Full lift now in. As well as rebooted the drive shafts and repacked them. Getting close to being ready for rego.

Thats a good looking wagon , and I like the roof line, is that a touring wagon?

No mate, it isn't a Tourer. Just a Gx liberty. Or in your part of the world, A Legacy. LOL.

Heres what we have for a roof line on our Legacys, looks like the uk version is different[ATTACH]2311[/ATTACH]

Yeah Mark.. your Legacy low roofs were never available here in Aus so the high roof model (Touring Wagon JDM & USDM) are just Liberty's to us We got them in a pov-pack LX model and a luxury (said very loooooooosely) GX model

you can run about a 28'' tyre but you need gen2 outback struts to do this!! also it is best if you are going to run that bigger rubber to convert to 4.11 ratio as 3.9 is i little tall. i am running 215/65/16 on mine which is 27''. search on here, vincentvega has covered it a few times.

If you want to get the rear wheels to sit back in the centre of the wheel arch
you can either change the lift kit blocks on the trailing arm mounts from two to three inch blocks, or fit some Gen1 Outback trailing arm mounts instead, the part numbers for the outback mounts are
20520AC030 --- RH
20520AC040 --- LH

Off the top of my head I think they are about a 100 bucks for the pair.

That is what we are looking into. The outback trailing arm mounts. Thanks for the info though.

It does, doesn't it, that is what happens when you just do bolts up. Then get it back on its boots, and take a pic before looking and adjusting. LOL

Yep, All wheel nuts are on it now.

If i remember right, they are a 38 off set.

I have a set of said trailing arm mounts - $75 inc postage....

I now have no need for them as my lib is no longer lifted...

Hey Mate, If you are willing to hang on to them for a little longer. He is very interested in them . His Mrs car just dropped reverse in the auto, so it needs to be fixed first.

No worries, no one else has ask for them so just shoot me a PM when the time comes...
