Very Very nice job. The attention to detail is what is most striking. I hope the young lad that is the new owner really appreciates this car. I also hope he agree to you guys publishing the figures as it could be a great guide to other subie enthusiasts.

Again well done! And as soon as you guys take a much needed break and get that itch that needs scratching...... My 92 brumby is itching for similar treatment.

Cheers

There she goes heading home. The maiden trip was a 300 odd km drive and it done nicely as i was told by the owners. There words on how or if they liked it were 'unbelievable'.

I have just been givin permission about the dollar amount. Not knowing the EXACT dollar amount to the dollar , at last check the ball park figure is about $6, 400 for the parts. And as anyone who has read the whole thread would know , the labor is free.

A small update on how the car has been since it left us . the only problem so far has been a flat battery. I believe it was from starting it every now and again. Charge coming out , but not getting put back in. Owner hasnt made up his 100 point on his learners to date. Now he has worked out with a work mate to passenger with him to make up the hrs and give him some time in his own car.

Just read all 27 pages of this thread, back to back.
Does the word 'amazing' even remotely do it justice?
