ooooh nice...you can't just adjust the camber at the bottom of the strut? a bit of camber wouldn't go astray anyway. we used to put about 4deg negative on Datsun rally cars. RWD of course.

actually ...just had another thought...are you still using the lift blocks at the top of the strut? can you just turn them around?

The camber adj bolt is already at full +.
You cant just turn the lift block around as it wont fit the strut top. You have to swap them left to right. That has given me 10mm in the strut tower. Just need another 30mm to stand the wheels up.

Theres not enough room in the towers to offset the struts the required amount so the towers will need to be widened. I'm sorry I didn't do this originally but I didn't know then how much or even if it would be required.

Another change in plans I'm afraid.

It's now too wet to get the car out of here so the pressure will be on to get it ready ourselves. I'll try and get little brother over to help me.

I've got the bigger tyres mounted on the new 16" rims so I'll try and get some pics up over the weekend.

Jackaroo rally car. I like the Superlites better myself. These are just a cheap set of rims I picked up so I could use these old tyres for practice. They're a bit old now to race on.
I'd like some forged alloy 16" rims but can't seem to find any.
