Ah ha. Thought it sounded familiar. Much nicer rig than the Isuzu thingy I'm in down here.

I was just thinking that you can mount the generator outside the container, fit a few recliner lounges and some sat TV so the pit crew has some thing to do while you're racing. Oh, did I mention reverse cycle air con? After all we are going to have your car so reliable we will just be there to spectate from now on.

and and and one of those poshy roll out awnings for the side of it.

ooh and a fridge......... sure to be more when I think of it.

...... and a bar full of Jimmy cans

........ and some of those XXXX girls could be nice touch :)

Emphasise the XXXX girls and ill bring my own grog, Sounds like your going to need a bus or railway cab for the pit crew.

what happend to the crewcab you were talking about? or you could not find one good enough for the job.

Yeah I think a gold truck would be a nice touch too.

Looks like you are well under way getting it sorted and fitted out.

the truck is in good nick. i reckon it just needs a gold container covered in sponsor logos and with a bigass "settlement creek racing"

Leave the truck white. I can just see that wonderfull Gold paint getting all scratched up while on regular duties. But the container should cop a lick of stuff and some Asia construction graphics (assuming the deal is ongoing) along with the SCR stuff if budget permits. I'll look good driving that ;)

Turned out I couldn't change the GCM like I'd been told and at 70 grand it was probably too much money for a 16 year old truck but it did have a nice crane. I'm still looking for a dual cab, bogie drive prime mover to pull a pantech race-trailer but our Hino will do in the meantime. It means I can't bring the family or have a living area but at least I'm not towing a car trailer any more.

White has been chosen for the base colour and to brighten up the inside.

Just on the floor at this stage. Need to put a work bench, shelves and a tyre rack down the far end.
