got my engine for the brumby !!!

Post by brockharro » Sun Sep 11, 2011 5:27 pm

got my engine for my brumby conversion its a ej20 sohc out of a gc8 rx impreza it only cost me $400 :p but has been sitting in a paddock for the last couple years got it from a friend whos a suby mechanic just down the road and he said it should run just needs new oil and filter, water pump etc

now just a question is there any reason why people just dont make a custom air intake apposed to moving the battery over the other side ???
it just seems a bit easier to make a custom intake and would like nicer

I'd phone around and get some quotes from mechanical engineers.. and when you've saved all the dosh and parts required.. you'll probably be off your Ps
