What brand of camera did you use for the shoot Tigger?

I used a combination of 3 cameras :)

One is a Sony Cybershot, one is a Kodak Playsport and the other is a Canon DSLR. The videos were recorded on both the Sony and the Kodak, the Canon can only take stills. I did take some stills on the Sony and the Kodak as well though.

Do you have a photo of the mount and how you mounted the camera in the car?

The video is great, better than some dedicated Dash Cams.

It was all done by hand - my Husband was driving :) I would like to to try and find a camera mount with a suction cup design though that I can screw in to the bottom of each of the cameras (where the tripod would normally connect) and then use the suction cup to mount it to the dash - I don't have a dash mat so I thought this would be the easiest solution. The Playsport is very similar in size to a mobile phone so I was even thinking of getting one of those phone holders that suction on to the windscreen to hold it...

Bloody hell ..... you did a great job for hand held.

I have seen a mount in a Forester that fitted between the seats, but I cannot remember which Subaru Forum it was on.

Plenty on eBay, you just need the screw to be the right size for your camera.

Thanks for posting those links for me Peter (Subyroo) :) I think I will definitely have to look into getting one for the next club trip! I may even get one of those bendy gooseneck ones too so I can mount a camera on the back window :)

We had a great time thanks Jan :) Can't wait for the next trip!

Puddles are so much fun

I would have to agree with you too, they are a mighty fine looking group of Foresters :D If only the Silver one had a lift kit ;)

Great footage Tigger and a good trip, my Liberty GT wouldn't be any good though as it sits on 18"s and STi pinks. But our little 96 Vitara would do well.
Car camera mounts in my old road rocket 82 Liberty conversion I used to mount the tripod shooting forward out the windscreen, 2 legs embedded down the backs of the front seats and the third leg into the back seat and tie the legs around the seats, used to work well for the twisties :)
Q for you, what sort of tyre pressures do you run for bush tracks like those? I only know beach driving.

I normally run about 25 off-road just to give a little softer ride
